MCT Submarine Cable

Malaysia-Cambodia-Thailand (MCT), Cambodia’s first submarine cable system, has been operational since year 2017. MCT spans approximately 1,300 kilometers, has positioned Cambodia as the gateway to Asia, and enabled Cambodia to harvest the Asia traffic and extend the connectivity to ASEAN and the rest of the world via Malaysia. The MCT cable system connects at Sihanoukville in Cambodia; Rayong in Thailand and Kuantan in Malaysia.
