Dusit Lertphumpanya joined Telcotech in January 2024 as the Director of Operations and Services. In this senior leadership role, he is responsible for overseeing and optimizing the implementation, services, and management of Telcotech’s network infrastructure. His primary focus is to ensure the network’s reliability, efficiency, and performance while aligning network strategies with the company’s business goals.
Dusit leads a team comprising the Network Operations Center (NOC), Network/Power Engineers, Fiber Infrastructure Network & FTTH Implementation and Restoration teams nationwide in Cambodia, and Data Center Operations. He collaborates closely with senior management and other departments to support the organization’s network performance improvements and oversee significant network-related implementation projects. The Operations and Services department under his leadership includes over 200 employees.
With 23 years (2000 – 2023) of management experience and a diverse set of technical skills in the telecommunications industry in Cambodia, Dusit has spent 12 years with Mobile Network Operators and 11 years with Telecommunication Infrastructure companies. He has worked with Hello/Smart Axiata and Edotco Cambodia, both subsidiaries of the Axiata Group in Cambodia. As one of the founders of Edotco Cambodia, he played a pivotal role in establishing the first Telecommunication Infrastructure company in the country.
Dusit has participated in several prestigious programs, including the Axiata Talent Acceleration Program, AXcelerator Program (Advancing Next-Gen Leaders – Harvard Business Publishing Corporate Learning), and the Group Accelerated Development Program.
Throughout his career, Dusit has held various technical and leadership roles, including Power System/Transmission Network Engineer and Head of Radio Access Network Planning & Optimization with Hello Axiata, Head of Special Business Unit (Towerco) with Smart Axiata, and Director of Sales and Marketing with Edotco Cambodia.
Overall, Dusit’s strategic vision, leadership, and technical expertise have been instrumental in driving Telcotech’s growth and success.
