Starting with the engineer by learning and training, he has very strong fundamental understanding of technical requirements. Taking part of Axiata talent development program (producing CxO journey), He has seen moving around from planning to operation, project management, sales and then progress to business development with proven performance track of record in mobile and fixed businesses. Some of his key achievements is radically transformed and improvised sales productivity of 15,000 dealers, successful of rollout the Fintech business, developing new successful markets and many other cost saving related project. He has strategically managed corporate restructuring deals. Therefore, started with engineering background, he has good balance of strong project management skills, business development to strategic planning. All these key attributes compliment the experience needed to bring Telcotech to the next level.

Beside computer science background, he has gained a lot of professional knowledge during his journey with the multinational organization. Those included PMP, Six Sigma, coaching etc. and other leadership profession certify.
