Chea Chamroeun joined Ezecom/TCT in June 2020 as Technical Director leading entire technical team to commit and deliver remarkable achievement.

15+ years experience in ISP and Telco sector and other 5 years in IT companies.

Finished master’s degree of computer science and engineering and others oversea and local training such as 5G, OTT, Digital TV DVBC, VoD, Live streaming, Wireless (WFA, FWB) & Satellite communication, VoIP, IP Network, Network security, ITIL, leadership & management.

He worked for DTVSTAR Co.,Ltd known as Digi Internet for 10 years (From 2008-2018) in the position of Chief technical & information officer (CTIO). He was responsible for whole technical and IT department where he joined since earlier stage of establishing of company. He has done many things in Digi to create, deliver, maintain, develop and bring customer satisfactions with wide range of services.

Before joined DTV STAR Co.,ltd (Digi) He was Chief Technical Officer (CTO) from 2005 till 2018 at Citylink Co.,Ltd which is local ISP that bring firstly high speed broadband internet to Cambodia by using ADSL, VDSL, Wimax, WiFi, Optical network transmission through head office in Phone Penh and some provinces in Cambodia.

Chamroeun has also good relationship with state owned company like Telecom Cambodia (TC) and ministry/regulator level included MPTC, TRC. He used to work for TC for one year (2019 – 2020) in the position of department director of international and domestic telephony and ICT team leader.
